Virtual Agent customization

Want to customize Virtual Agent as per requirements. Have configured some topics for the same. But whenever I'm opening Virtual agent, some default contents are being loaded. You may refer screenshot given below. I want to remove those contents. Please suggest how can I remove it.

Thank you reverting. 
I have tried by adding promoted topic, but it's not working. Have created a custom chat experience, have added setup topic and promoted topic in that custom chat experience. Still it's not working. Please let me know if you have any other solution.
