Thanks this is helpful @Ishaan Shoor in some capacity, the getting responses in topic creation is fine, its more extracting the responses to some sort of file, be it .doc or pdf or even txt if it has to be. Ideally I want this extracted at the time of the interaction in the form of a link in the active chat?
With the interaction record/transcript is there a way to extract the user inputs from this?
EG: I can already get the bot response to reply back to the user with a bot response but I would like to extract them to file.
