Hello, I have a requirement where I need to get the portal data like url, portal page ID, etc to identify whether I am in a record producer on portal or not. If I am in a record producer then I need to show only 1 option by default.
Does anyone know how to get record producer ID when I am in portal through a Virtual Agent Script then show only 1 option to end user rather than multiple options.
