Virtual Agent wait for a condition

Hi,

Is it any way to pause the VA until a certain condition fulfill and after to continue the VA flow?
I could see that I can pause for a number of seconds but I need to wait until the user submit an assessment and we have the results in the tables.

Have you tried to play in virtual designer for specific topic where you want to pause VA flow.

Hi @NLG ,

We shouldn't pause a Virtual Agent topic flow for a period of time like how we use timer in workflow activity. It will cause performance issues.

Eg: After created a requested item through topic flow and making the flow wait until approvals approved or user enters some information.
