When we input keywords into the virtual agent chat, it pulls up catalog items, which we want to avoid. If the keywords do not match any topics or KB articles, we prefer the system to display the standard system message and then show the topics. What can I edit or add to prevent the catalog items from being searched in the virtual agent only?
