You can draft something by yourself and when you get stuck, the Community can try to support you but it's not fair to expect that someone will do the job for you 😞 please share what you tried, where you looked at, what you have read and let's continue based on all that.
We don't know what modules you use, what's your version, the overall ambition, nothing.. and your question sounds a little unclear "example" and then a random step, missing any context what so ever...
