Hi,

I am facing issues in accessing topics in Virtual agent in PDI. All the topics in designer are empty. Can anyone tell me what plugins do we need for this?

Set the property 'glide.ui.escape_all_script' to 'true' to ensure the Virtual Agent Designer loads correctly and displays the topics as expected.

I dont think that is what is needed here. This plugin does not help loading conversations.

According to what I did, the following will be the plugins required:-

sn_topic_recommend

sn_itsm_va

sn_itsm_nlu

com.snc.itsm.virtualagent.lite
