Walk-Up Experience - Accept interaction with IMS tickets

I am having trouble with assigning IMS tickets to Technicians within the Walk-Up "Unassigned" Queue.  I am getting the following error:

I feel like its something simple I'm missing; but what is the recommended process to "check-in" to a kiosk as a technician role?
