Want to create a Virtual agent welcome message and attach a url in the message could anyone pls help me i tried by creating system properties but no luck.

I think you can do that with greetings topic and you can add link into it, did you try that ?

Hi Srikanth,

You can create your own wel come messages by duplicating  OOTB set up topic named "Greetings" topic where you can add links as well by using Link bot response. Please refer below link that may help you.
