Can someone please help me with the steps or any material where i can learn this integration with SAP ChaRM & SAP SolMan.
I have tried to check on net but couldn't found much resources.
Please help me out as i am new into this integration

How to configure or Integrate is not there.....that you-tube video also not showing how to configure SAP and Service-now or bi directional integration.
