We are seeking experienced ServiceNow professionals to join our team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge implementations and contribute to a growing ServiceNow ecosystem.
Position Details:
Role: ServiceNow Specialist
Location: Sydney, Australia (Onsite / Hybrid)
Eligibility: Candidates must be based in Australia or hold a valid work visa (applications without valid visa will not be considered).
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SAM (Software Asset Management)
Knowledge of HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
Experience with ServiceNow Integrations
(Preferred) Exposure to IRM (Integrated Risk Management) or SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
Candidate Profile:
Proven ability to work as an individual contributor with a solution-oriented mindset
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform best practices
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Capable of driving end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery
