What are the roles that come with ITSM standard?

Hello ServiceNow Community,
I'm trying to figure out what roles come with ITSM standard (not pro or enterprise). Anyone have a simple way to figure this out?

The main role that comes is ITSM is ITIL which gets you access to things like incident, problem, change, etc. This has nothing to do with Standard, Pro, or Enterprise. Can your be more specific on what your looking for? The different between standard, pro, and Enterprise is other apps that you get like pro also comes with Performance Analytics and Digital Product Release.

Hi @MohsinH ,
The main role that comes is ITSM is ITIL which gets you access to things like incident, problem, change, etc. This has nothing to do with Standard, Pro, or Enterprise. If youa re interested in more roles under ITSM than you can install plugin - ITSM Roles plugin (com.snc.itsm.roles) to activate the ITSM Roles.
