What is the performance impact of activating platform analytics plugins on service now instance?

I was going through the documentation of platform analytics but couldn't find anything relevant performance impact of activating platform analytics on a service now instance on customer's end? Does the instance goes slow or any other impact?

This is a ServiceNow developed plugin and there would not be significant performance impacts to the system. Platform Analytics comes bundled with new releases and there are no reported performance issues.
Make sure when you create new indicators, breakdowns, data collection jobs and related configurations in Platform Analytics you follow best practices.

Same would apply to performance analytics (Activation of performance analytics or platform analytics plugins would not result in any performance related issues on customer's instance)?
