What's the Virtual Agent and Agent Workspace % of effiency?

Hi everyone,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to inquire about the efficiency metrics associated with Virtual Agent and HR Agent Workspace functionalities. I want basically the numbers of, for example, % of improvement when using Virtual Agent or Agent Workspace, in which field does it improve if it's in resolution time, number of opened cases, etc etc... I want in numbers in a "seller's " perspective so I can know numbers, If I can make myself clear..
If any official documentation or insights are available from ServiceNow regarding these metrics or any other relevant efficiency indicators, I would greatly appreciate it if you could direct me to them. Additionally, if any community members have experience or insights to share regarding the performance and efficiency.
