When exporting to PDF from an HTML field , the images are not appearing in the generated PDF

When exporting to PDF from an HTML field in ServiceNow, we’ve noticed that embedded images are not appearing in the generated PDF.  Is there a known fix or configuration change needed to ensure images are included in the export?
