When we click on AI Search Result from ESC Portal, it is redirecting to native view from ESC Portal

Hello All, 
We recently enables AI Search and we use ESC Portal. 

When we click on AI Search Result suggestions from global search bar, the system is taking us to the native view from. 
Have gone through many articles and unfortunately none has helped me. 

 

Please Help
