Whenever I submit a Incident,service and service offering should be filled.If this field have no value ,popup a message saying service and service offering are Mandatory and dont save to incident
Can you be a little clearer on this? If this is in a record producer you just need to add the field and make them mandatory. If this is in the fulfiller view you just need to create a UI Policy to make the fields mandatory. They should be on the incident for by default but if not just add them.
