Where we can check the logs of Virtual agent inputs

When we create an incident via Virtual agent , some time its takes valid subcategory some time it taking blank value

 

need to know where do we see the logs from VA generated in SNOW :

some one help me on this investigation part

On the Interaction table, open a record. Right click the header and click Configure Related Lists. Add Interaction Logs -> Interactions to the related lists on the right. Save and refresh the record. You should now see a related list at the bottom with the chat logs.
