Workflow is not getting attached for multiple RITM's

In one of my Catalog item when i select any request type and filled other details and store in add to cart, now again i select any other request type and store in cart likewise 3-4 request type. now, if i checkout the cart then multiple RITM's are created (those many request which are stored in cart). now for only one RITM the workflow is getting attached and stage is move to fulfillment and task is created. but for other RITM's workflow are not showing and stage is move to waiting for approval (i did not add any approval condition in workflow) and also there is no approver.
Can anyone help on this?

Hi @Shubham_90 ,
Check the workflow trigger condition for item which are not getting attached. Hoping you have attached the workflow/flow to each item.

Thanks for your response. Yes I have attached the Workflow. Here the item are the same when the multiple RITM's are created, the workflow is attached for only one RITM not for Others.

Hi @Shubham_90
Ohhh i got it... So you are ordering same item multiple time for same user, here is the catch you can order one item at a time for one user, i mean under one request you can not have same item type multiple. if you do so system will attach only one workflow for first one.
