The Workflow module in ServiceNow is a powerful automation engine that allows you to design and manage business processes visually. It provides a drag‑and‑drop interface to define the sequence of activities, approvals, notifications, and tasks that make up a process.
Also now a days Flow Designer is the modern, low‑code alternative. Workflows are still widely used in existing implementations, especially for catalog items and legacy processes, but new development is encouraged in Flow Designer for scalability and maintainability.
