Hi there,

This is for the legacy Service Portal widget correct? And not for Agent Chat?

Is it also for having the Service Portal widget embedded to a header/footer, or having a widget Instance on pages (in which case you might also use user criteria?)?

Im my testing for Agent Chat, I found that the portal widget didn't care about the role. However the EC Polaris Service Portal Agent Chat Configuration record did care about the role criteria. https://instancename.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sp_agent_chat_config.do%3Fsys_...

instead of user role can we achieve the same using HR criteria ? while my requirement is to show the VA icon for specific location & to hide for other locations .
