Hi,
I have created everything in this but facing a issue with microsoft teams.
Message in teams : ---- Hello, I'd like to help but I'm not set up yet. You need an active ServiceNow account to get access to everything I can help with. Please contact your ServiceNow administrator to set up the services.

Hi Abdul,
I am facing the same above issue. As per your comments we can integrate snow VA only with the licensed teams account only and not with personal teams account?

Ashish

Hey Folks,
Is it possible to integrate ServiceNow with Microsoft Teams? My primary requirement is that whenever a ticket lands in our assignment group, we receive a notification pop-up in a dedicated Team channel. This notification should allow us to take basic actions such as assigning the ticket or rerouting it to another team.
