ServiceNow Virtual Agent meets users where they are by integrating with existing third party messaging apps. ServiceNow provides out-of-box integrations with Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Workplace from Facebook. The integration enables users to run Virtual Agent conversations and workflows, and transfer to a live agent. The integrations are available on the ServiceNow Store. See below for more details.
Conversational integration with Microsoft Teams - This enables the Virtual Agent and Agent Chat on Microsoft Teams and Copilot.
ITSM/HRSD integration with Microsoft Teams - This contains the Virtual Agent plus other capabilities such as employee dashboard "Your Hub" and Agent Chat to Call for an enhanced employee experience.
