Add URL in an option in Virtual Agent

How can we add a URL inside and option So that when a user selects that option, then gets redirected to that URL?

Hi Sabarjeet,

There is option of attaching link via Bot response in virtual agent designer include that in your workflow , you will achieve what you need , without loosing your chat history if you have not stopped history in VA...

I suppose we cannot add link to the OOB options that appear in VA conversation. The HTML one is however the only possibility in NY. Thanks for your help!

You would have make copy of oob one and then make the changes and change all relevant methods to point to your copy one , which will be big task i believe.
