AI Search Functionality is not working for Virtual Agent

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded our Employee Service Center to Employee Center Pro and the instance version is Rome. Also we have enabled AI search in our instance, but the AI search functionality is not working for Virtual Agent like displaying Genius results card for catalog items or knowledge articles, typo handling etc. Can someone suggest on this issue.

Assuming AI Search is fully enabled on your instance and working on the configured portals, it can be configured for Virtual Agent as per knowledge article: KB0961550: Configuring AI Search for Virtual Agent
