Call Support in Virtual Agent

I want to show the helpdesk number of that location to which the user belongs in the Call Support in Virtual Agent .How can I achieve this.If its not possible to modify the OOB ,what is the other option

Hi @poonamv

 

this is under following path:

Conversational Interfaces > Settings > Branding > <select your chatbot> and scroll to the Menu Items

There you can add Text, Icons, Link, etc...
