Configurable Agent workspace widget slowness

Hi All,

We have an issue wherein when the manager goes to agent workspace and open an HR Task with checklists it loads more than 5sec when it used to load less than it before in classic workspace. Has anyone experienced any slowness when loading records in configurable workspace?

Hi Rowella,

My client also facing same issue whenever they open HRC and HRT it is taking longer time and same issue is not there for my account and when I impersonate the client also unable to reproduce the issue.

Please let me know what action you have taken on this.
