HR agent workspace slowness for some users

Hi,
My client is facing slowness in HR agent workspace whenever they open HRC and HRT it is taking longer time and same issue is not there for my account and when I impersonate the client also unable to reproduce the slowness.
Please let me know what action I need to take care to fix this issue.
