We are currently in the process of setting up AMS (Application Management Services) support for our client. I’d recommend going to Now Learning and taking the Virtual Agent (VA) course, where you'll also get access to hands-on labs.

Spend some time with the course, and you’ll be well-prepared to support this for the customer.
