Does the open_nlu_entity_feedback table update in realtime?

I'm do a lookup on this table for entity values but when I look at the table (despite more recent tests in the VA interface) the most recent rows I see were from hours ago.

It should be able to do a lookup during an active conversation shouldn't it?
