Virtual Agent chat window changed In Washington DC

It seems the Virtual Agent Chat had changed a bit when it comes to displaying the topics at the end of the chat. In Vancouver we had them centered and larger icons. In Washington DC they are adjusted to the right and smaller. Does anyone know how to change these settings without major modification or scripting away from OOB?  I am hoping this is a property setting or something simple.

I created two Hi cases for this awhile back. ServiceNow response to the first case:

"This update is on purpose.

This is for the upgrade of Now Assist VA.
We are updating the promoted topic design to use the pill design."

Response to the second HI case:

'We already have a known 'PRB1778667' which is raised for this issue, and our development team confirmed the behaviour is "Working as expected"
For a better end user experience, the behaviour is introduced as part of the user story from Washington release onwards.

I'm sorry to inform you that this is not configurable. This behavior was introduced as part of a user story from the Washington release to enhance the end-user experience.

If this functionality is extremely important,wWe would suggest you to raise an enhancement request in our Idea Portal, for our product teams to consider this feature/enhancement in future versions.

My take on the responses, the small buttons were done on purpose and if we want the ability to change the button size, we need to go through the "Idea" process.
