Find Who made a change in VA Topics

I am unable to find a way so asking.

Is there any way to see who made a change to a Topic?

you can directly query the sys_update_version table. Filter by Document (which would be the sys_id of your VA Topic) and Table (which would be sys_cb_topic or sys_cs_topic depending on the version/type of VA topic).

I tried that sys_update_version and do not have those fields to filter on.  Just going through the update sets to see if I can find it.
