How to change the path the tab 'Your Hub' in virtual Agent ?

In Virtual Agent Teams, there is a tab called 'Your Hub" This correctly points to the ESC portal but customers are currently using the SP portal, where can I change this?

- Open the ServiceNow platform and log in with your credentials.
- Navigate to the "Virtual Agent" application.
- Go to the "Teams" section and select "Virtual Agent Teams."
- Find the specific Virtual Agent Team you want to modify.
- Look for the "Your Hub" tab within the team's settings.
- Locate the URL or link setting that points to the ESC portal.
- Change the URL or link to point to the SP portal instead.
- Save the changes to update the hub link.
- Test the new link to ensure it correctly directs to the SP portal.
- Communicate the update to the relevant users or customers.
