My question is -
How to close VA interaction using script in portal same like when we click X button on top right corner in VA Chat window ( but by widget script ).
eg . Say there is ongoing conversation ( interaction ) and if user clicks on any widget in portal then i want That ongoing interaction get closed ( exactly same we click on X button of VA chat ) and give option to "click here to start new conversation" in chat window ( OOTB this shows when you click on X button then current interaction gets closed and allows user to new interaction with"click here to start new conversation" sentence).
In short - i want to close current interaction by widget script and allow user to click new interaction with"click here to start new conversation" .
After clicking in widget i want VA chat window like picture i attached
note - Already tried Glide query in interaction and closing it by script it does close the interaction in backend but in VA window it shows same conversation, doesn't shows the "click here to start new conversation".
