How to hide Virtual Agent icon from the HR portal?

We need this icon ,on Service Portal only.

Could you please suggest ?

Hi @Neeta1 

Virtual Agent Widget must have been added in the Homepage of HR portal.

Just check the Page Designer of HR Portal landing page and than remove that widget from your HR portal page.

I believe this is the correct answer. You should be able to find the list in the Navigator via Service Portal > Agent Chat, and determine which record is configured for the impacted portal.
