How to remove partcular content from the greetings

Can someone help us step to remove the below highlighted content from the chat bot greetings?

Hello @nagaklv ,

May be this predefined chat coming from  vaVars.global_preChatExecuted  variable .But where is it defined not getting . If you dont want OOTB  default greeting message you can change it to OOTB dynamic Greeting topic .

navigate to All -> System UI->Messages,

and search for this OOB messages "What's your issue or request? Or take a look at what I can help with."
