Live agent intent not available on my NLU model

I created a flow in Virtual Agent on my PDI (Washington release), but I can only see two intents in the list for the 'Setup Topics Model'. I want to use the Live Agent intent for my flow. Additionally, I see this error message on the home page:

'Some features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available. Please try again after some time. If the issue persists, log an issue with Support.'

Has anyone encountered this issue before, and how can it be resolved?

@Fatima Zahra At  Please refer the below comments for reference from the post.

First, ensure that you have updated to the latest patch available for your instance version.

“Some features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available.”, “Unable to predict.”, or “Malformed URL.”

Ensure that system property: glide.shared_service_scheduler.url is populated with “https://sncmlscheduler.service-now.com/”.

If populated and issues persist, log a Case with the support team for assistance.

@Fatima Zahra At  - This is functioning as designed. Machine learning solutions, including NLU models for Virtual Agent, are not available in personal developer instances.
Your only option for calling the live agent from the Virtual agent is to use keywords.

Wouldn't it be great ti include this information into training or KB articles. I've spent some time dancing with this issue to find your post.

Thanks,
