Hi @ChunindaD
If you're using NLU on PDI, then this is expected. Many NLU features that require ML and AI in the backend may not work in PDI.

Hi @ChunindaD ,
You can try your NLU experiments in instance provided with VA Simulator Lab (Virtual Agent Simulator - Now Learning). This is usually connected to working NLU (the one which is connected to ML).

Hello Chuninda,
That's expected to happen in PDI, especially when working with intents and training it. You might just want to work in English language and some simpler already available stuffs.
