Duplicated the OOTB topic 'Check IT Ticket Status' Topic but the comments are not getting updated throwing technical error. Please let me know what is the making it ending the topic without adding comments.

Hi @Sheetal18 ,
One of the way is to train your NLU Model again. Go to the All >Conversational Interfaces >Designer > Open "Check IT Status" topic and go to NLU Intent tab.
Click on the "Train" button under Train Model tab. Train the NLU Intent again.

There are couple of reasons to end up in 'Technical issues'. Please go through this link ( https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1005385 ) and one of the condition might suit it. If not, please also post a picture of your topic flow, that will help to debug.
