Dear all,
I am working on the IT Servicenow Management integration. I have followed all steps in this documentations, when I download manifest and upload the customised app in Teams, I can't not only chat but also can't display employee center:
I don't know if Servicnow is connected to my MS Teams, and I don't know what the reason is, how to troubleshoot this problem?
Thanks for your answer.

Hi,
Please embed the VA capabilities in this customized app.

Do you have a different email address in Teams (compared to ServiceNow)? For some reason, the Employee Center/Your Hub needs to map on the user's email address, regardless of the VA connection.
So, for example, if I want to test it in our non-prod Teams instance where I have a different email address, I need to update my ServiceNow profile's email address to match that one.
Same thing with Request-Based Chats.
