Dear all,
I am working on the IT Servicenow Management integration. I have followed all steps in this documentations, when I download manifest and upload the customised app in Teams, I can't not only chat but also can't display employee center:
I don't know if Servicnow is connected to my MS Teams, and I don't know what the reason is, how to troubleshoot this problem?
Thanks for your answer.

Okay, if I keep the default suffix "esc" on Employee center, the portal loads fine on Teams. However, we use a different suffix for employee center. Portal doesn't load when we use that suffix. I also tried Embed Custom Portal but receive the message "Instance_url refused to connect."

Found the solution. I had to set the system property glide.set_x_frame_options to "false" to show the custom portal on my Teams.

Hi Junyu,
I have the same issue. Were you able to troubleshoot the issue and find any solution?
