I have created a topic, and I got some information from the user via email. and I want to send an email to it. I used the utility "action" but am still not able to send the notification.
What exactly is not working? Are the emails generated though not send? Are the emails not generated at all? Any logging perhaps? And I assume you configured the Input mapping?
I appreciate your response. Could you please explain how to set up an email sent using a virtual agent, if that is possible? I'm utilizing a virtual agent to investigate mails for the first time.
