I have Virtual Agent notifications turned on for a couple of years now and lately, I have been seeing the Show Notification run on phrases that have nothing to do with show notifications. Here is an example:
[08:00] user name: I do not have access to many ce alerts
[08:00] Virtual Agent: You have no actionable notifications to be viewed.
Any suggestions on getting around this?
