Hello. We are try to figure out a way in which we can restrict access to Virtual Agent client only to specific users. In our case we are trying to show VA to specific countries only. In agent chat configuration I can see there is a role based criteria however this will not help in our case.
Have you guys came across such requirement.
NOTE - I have used Agent Chat configuration instead of adding widget to the pages which was older method to enable VA on portal.
