Virtual Agent changes are not reflecting in EC portal

Hi Team,

 

We have done logo and colour changes to virtual agent chat box in Conversational Interfaces > Settings.

But still the changes are not reflecting in portal.

 

As we have done page refresh cache.do and login - logout. crossed checked in Service Portal Agent Chat Configuration (EC Polaris) severside script as well. We have tried same steps in PDI as well same issue. But still changes are not reflecting in EC portal?

 Hi @thaduri sai,

 

when you navigate to the Conversational Interfaces > Settings > Branding, there's an option to select which chatbot to edit:

Perhaps a silly question but can you ensure that you selected the correct one?
