Hi,

 

There is a differences between my PDI and company instance and both were not updated by someone.

I have to check what the exact OOTB is before customizing in our process.

Could you please share what the OOTB search sources of Virtual Agent Default Search Application?

However, OOB search queries are different in customer instances.
