Virtual Agent - not able to change the Name of the Topic

Hi, 

I am trying to modify the Name of a topic. 
I went to All-> Virtual Agent-> Designer, found the topic, and in the Properties tab there is the Name field. 

Problem is, i can not delete it, if I type something on the keyboard, nothing happens. As if the keyboard id not working, but only for this Name field and the Description field below.

I managed to change the Name field for other topics, but not for this one.

Did someone encounter this kind of problem?

Few of the topics are read only topics so those cannot be updated.

If it is not read only protected, try to check if you are in right scope and update it.

If not navigate to - sys_cb_topic and try to change the topic name there.
