Virtual Agent thumbs up and down on text bow

Attempting to integrate a thumbs up and thumbs down feature similar to what's on chat gpt/copilot on our Virtual agent. Not sure where to start if anyone has any suggestions, attempted a custom input control but I don't know if that is the correct approach.

Unfortunately there's no easy way to do this. We do provide an out-of-box post-chat survey for feedback at the end of conversations.
