when I select one of the choices (for example -'A' /'B'/'C' ) AND once I send my question to virtual agent
then I will be presented with the top 5 results from the AI Search (list of knowledge articles and/or catalog items/record producers that are relevant to my question)
how to do this ?

You can use the AI Search topic block and pass the search term as the input from your previous choice.

@Jack Littlewort as per the choices, i need to display only top 5 records , I am using 'AI Search' topic block , so how do i configure the topic block for each choices ? for example - if A is selected then one category record will be displayed if B then some other category records.

So you're not looking to do a search, you're looking to show items from a topic based on view count/item submission?
