Has anyone integrated their ServiceNow instance with Jira?   If you are willing to share your experience I would be grateful.

My firm is not only a SN partner, but we utilize the platform for our own business needs. We also use JIRA for all of our client development projects. Let me check with my team to see if we've looked into that integration. Thanks!

there is quite a few pre-built apps.



If you're looking to do it yourself, you can utilize ServiceNow's integration options as well: Service-Now Jira Rest Integration
